My problem was solved!
I ordered 3 sets of knife sharpener & only 2 arrived. Both Samantha & Joel were extremely helpful & Joel organised sending me the missing third set. Both were extremely polite& helpful

I’ve never bought from SB before but…
I’ve never bought from SB before but found some gorgeous cashmere loose leg lounge trousers which I’d been searching for for ages. I was disappointed on receiving my package to find that the incorrect item was inside along with a delivery note for a different customer. I emailed SB to explain the issue which Tracy dealt with wonderfully & also gave me a £10 voucher to compensate for my inconvenience. VERY impressive customer service - I shall be using them again in future.
