Terrible product, terrible customer service. I ordered 31 square photos of various sizes, 4"x4", 5"x5" and 8"x8". The photos weren't square, they had wonky edges, no right-angles. They weren't printed to size or shape so the subject was cut off. Some photos had parts of different photos within them.

I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement reprint, but was immediately told by the AI chat bot that, "print sizes are approximate, and minor variations in cropping and dimensions can occur as part of the production process, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. I am sorry, reordering the prints would likely result in the same outcome, as these variations are inherent to the way our prints are produced."

They repeatedly offered me a credit. I wanted a refund for prints and shipping (the shipping cost a lot). They said they would do a full refund, then refunded the prints minus shipping costs.

It's a real waste of time to have to complain to a company about a defective product to be told that the rubbish they sent you is just what they do and what you should expect (as per their terms).

I am a professional designer and I send files to print all the time, I expect a different quality of product and a different customer service response from the printer.
For reference I have attached some photos of their prints (faces are blurred out by me for privacy) I have added red lines to highlight the wonky issues and sizing).

None of these square photos appear to have a right angle (usually a given for a square) and the size variance is 1/2 inch on a 4" size which is over 10%.

This is the first time I have used this shop and it will be the last. The item shipped was not as described on the website. It was described as brown leather but when it arrived it was black leather, so I returned it. The cost of shipping was deducted from my refund. Through no fault of my own the product was not correct, yet I have to pay for shipping.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully designed space, set in a tranquil rural location. The host was friendly and very helpful.

0 stars. They cancelled my cottage booking for July 2020. We decided to get a voucher refund of the £200 deposit we'd already paid and rebook for August 2020. We decided to pay in full for the August booking and applied the voucher code to the booking. Although the online system said -£200 was applied to the total Cottages.com then proceeded to take the FULL amount of the holiday out of my bank account. So the voucher is actually useless. Emailed them a month ago about this and no response. They won't answer their phones and are not contactable by any method. I will never use them again and would not recommend them.
