They are very pretty but don’t seem very strong. I have not had the time to check the longevity of them.

These bracelets are beautiful, however, because they are made with thin elastic, I'm not sure how long they will last. They also took longer to arrive than expected.

Service was great.!I asked a question which was answered promptly and my order was delivered promptly and in good condition.

I can’t comment on the service yet as I’m yet to fly for the first time with Jettzy, which was recommended by a friend. Booking online and with 30kg checked baggage allowance was a very nice surprise. Thank you 😊

Very good quality and true to size. This tshirt is exactly as described and pictured. As I bought black I was concerned that it may not be colourfast, however very little colour came out when soaked in hot water. Highly recommended 😊

I ordered two small fridge magnets of pictures of my grandchildren and they cut the head off one of the grandchildren when they could have easily cut some of their legs out. The framed prints i ordered were ok.

Popsa claims they don’t offer magnets at this time. Perhaps, but this was back in March. The magnets were in the form of small “blocks” with stick on magnets. I can provide photos.

Titin was very clear in her explanations and the documentation she sent. She was happy to repeat anything I didn't understand and was friendly and professional in her manner.

These shoes are so comfortable, these are my third pair and I haven’t worn them yet however the other two pairs are very comfortable. My only negative about those shoes is that my socks slip down causing discomfort. Perhaps tight socks would help but that then reduces the comfort of the shoes.

I ordered a couple of prints, which were fine, and 2 (same pic) small hardboard magnets which had cut off half the head of one of the children in the print. These magnets were $10 each so I would expect that if it seemed like a head would be cut off they would contact me. They would have to know that these magnets were not acceptable as they were and therefore a total waste of $20. Customer service unacceptable.,

Person I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable, able to answer my questions. She was Australian so not difficult to understand as some people are.

Worse than useless. They wasted time by letting us think they would do something to help but they were clearly on the side of hosts and keep putting different people on the case so I had to keep explaining to each new person. I cancelled the other airbnb reservations I had due to mistrust of reviews and airbnb. Much better to book through a reputable company.

I have bought several of these dolls for my 5 grandchildren and they all loved them! Great quality and very snuggly!!

I ordered 2 x satin Kajal liners and on opening the parcel both tips were broken off. When I tried to use the sharpener I found that I needed to push the liner in quite hard for it to work. Product itself seems to be ok and long lasting …By reading other negative reviews re customer service I probably won’t bother to try to get replacements for the damaged liners….

I bought the dog squeaky toy (shaped like a reusable cup) for my friend’s miniature dachshund and it had a hole in it after a couple of hours. After 2 days it was ruined.

Driver was on time, competent and professional, car was clean.
