Appalling service, Halloween item sat at delivery depot for a week and arrived after Halloween.
Asked delivery driver why parcel was a week late and was told they were busy.

Awful customer service - purchased item on Shein website and need to return. Will only supply Evri label and nearest parcelshop 65 miles away and will not help. No option to escalate complaint.

Left on ground floor in open close in full view of main road. Did not attempt delivery to my flat 3/1 or to preferred neighbour at flat 2/2. Always dreadful delivery and always just dumped anywhere by local Evri courier. Packages were also covered in mud.

My daughter just placed an order on their website - stated free shipping on orders over £100, placed order then said £17 delivery because of living in Mainland Scotland. Postage rip off and no option on website to cancel order.
Update 11.01.24 - Company finally responded and refunded delivery charges.

Initial phone call from Company demanded 2 months deposit as student and working part-time. very intrusive on questions regarding income, very rude and would rather be homeless than rent from this company.

Arrived on time. Very small for mens large. Print quality is awful. Picture pixilated, rough surface on picture and colour quality dreadful.
If it wasn't a Christmas present, would be getting sent back for a refund - not worth £27.99.
