Update: There were some issues with my order as below, but customer support went above and beyond to put things right once they were aware of the issue.

I ordered several parts to do an overhaul of the front brakes, all of which were showing as being in stock on the Autodoc website.

They split the order into two parcels, with one parcel containing just a single brake disc, and the other parcel containing the rest of the order.

The single brake disc arrived Monday, and I waited almost a week for the other parcel, with no tracking updates.

Eventually I contacted Autodoc to find out where the rest of the order was, they said they would investigate and get back to me. The following day, they cancelled and refunded the remainder of the order, without further explanation.

So now I am stuck with a single brake disc, not much use as they are usually sold in pairs.

We are sorry to hear that you didn’t get the full order.
Order was split in 2 parcels due the weight, as the brake discs are heavy and all parts can’t be sent in 1 parcel. Second parcel doesn’t have updates in the tracking and our logistics department made a refund. You can check tracking information yourself.
