I wish we hadn't....
We ordered RSVPs, Order of Service, and menus. The watercolour we were sold as a custom design turned out to be a digital print filter, not a hand-painted watercolour as implied on Hannah Marsdens website. When my fiancée specifically requested a hand-painted watercolour of our church for the Order of Service, Hannah later claimed she had never received that request. The emails prove otherwise. We sent the request on 26th May, reattached the images on the same day, and I followed up again on 4th June. Hannah's response on 9th June was that it was "the first time" she had been told.
We were then told a rush order was available for a fee. On her website, that fee is listed at £150. We were charged £195. We paid it. Nothing was rushed. The work took over a week, and when it arrived, it was wrong. We are now 7 days from our wedding with 100 Orders of Service and 50 menus missing, 150 items short of what we paid for.
Throughout this process, Hannah's emails became increasingly unprofessional. She told us she couldn't cope with both of us emailing her. She said she was a one-man band, then later referenced a colleague. She used the pressure of our wedding timeline to justify the rush fee, then didn't deliver on it.
For a business turning over £300k, the customer service and delivery fell well below what any paying couple should expect, especially in the weeks before their wedding. I'd strongly advise any couple to look elsewhere.
