Don’t put your money in this bank. Nothing but trouble trying to get it out.
I had about 20 minutes on the phone waiting for a customer service representative to tell me that I couldn’t do a transfer out on my iPad! Apparently they have no trouble processing deposits, but make all kinds of trouble trying to get your money out. I also have had a problem with apparently somehow they have created a reverse ACH transaction in my checking account. I could go on about their crappy customer service but the other reviews that are here are dead on.
