Happy with the service and quality of the product. However, I purchased this pan with the hope of need to use less oil during cooking. Unfortunately, applying this approach does cause some foods to stick. That said, the pan cleans easily so, it's no great shakes. Still getting used to cooking at lower heat, as I'm used to cooking at high temps.
Review of Built Different
I'd ordered a 12 pack bundle of XXL T shirts. Unfortunately, they were on the large size for me. I tried to return the items using the return service, but I had an issue with generating a return label.
I emailed on a couple of occasions to request assistance. In the end, I received an email advising that I will be sent a new 12 pack, at size XL, and that there were no need to return my original 12 pack, and that I could gift them on if I liked, which I did.
Amazing gesture and very kind.
