Had a significant unit fault resulting in no sound from any source on my Sonoro Elite - even though it was less than two years old. From the initial e-mail contact to the return of the repaired unit the whole process was seamless. This included a detailed outline of the safe packing of the unit to free courier costs both ways as well a no charge on the repair. The repaired unit was returned in a reasonable time with full tracking provided. Really please with the level of service provided.

........the search is over!! As a petite 4ft 11ins I finally sourced a bag that is complimentary my size and does not feel like a trunk. I am super pleased with my TB Clarkia shopper/tote. Lovely quality leather with functional zip closure and very practical pochette attached. Handle drop and dimensions are perfect for me.
