We bought the large micro spray system and it’s fantastic. All the parts are really well designed and manufactured to high quality standards. The kit itself is well thought out with all the parts you need for various configurations. I’ve since gone back to order a few more sprayers to expand the system further. It couldn’t be easier to put together with adjustable nozzle strength that allows for fine tuning. Delivery was speedy and instructions were clear and concise. Overall would recommend Easy Garden Irrigation.

Excellent customer service, email responses typically on the same day. Had an issue with one of the parts of the Cornilleau table tennis table, which was sorted very quickly.

I've literally never come across such awful customer service in my life. I ordered £80 of lights on the website on 8/8/22, it's been a month and I've not had any proper update. I've emailed multiple times, which result in a delayed apology from Billy, but then nothing happens after. They say they will dispatch but nothing. No order update to say it is out of stock, or anything. I've called so many times, during the week, but the phone goes to an answer phone. Do not even bother with these guys. Have to now go through my bank to try and get a refund...

I've literally been so stressed dealing with customer services. The WhatsApp/chat service is useless, keep getting disconnected after waiting for hours for a response and then the conversation restarts again. I've been on the phone for 2 hours. How can customer services for such a large corporation be this bad? I switched to BT back in October 2021, but just found the connection wasn't disconnected with Virgin even though I was told it would be. I've been paying monthly ever since, and now it is literally impossible to disconnect it without wasting hours of my time. I've submitted a complaint and the response is: please call this number...

I've used Topcashback for over 7 years now. Everytime I buy something online I'll check whether the shop offers cashback. The total cashback I've retrieved is about £1500, not bad for not doing anything at all. The largest payouts come from signing up for new broadband or phone contracts, which most of us do every year anyway.
