Good work, carried out on the scheduled day

The Mattress is exactly what I wanted, firm. It is very comfortable. Delivery was as scheduled and the old mattress taken away. However I had expected the delivery guys to open up the new mattress and take away the HUGE box it is delivered in. Be warned, you need help to lift the mattress out of the box and get it onto the bed, its not a one woman job.

Do not buy from this company. I bought shoes that were of very shallow construction, would not have fitted anyone. I wanted to return, they offered 350 'points' (value $3.5!) to use against future purchases. When I said I wanted a refund they sent a return (to China) label and instructed use of Royal Mail only:
- Please do not use the Expedited Shipping service (including EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS).
- Once sent email us a photo of the postal receipt and tracking instructions.
- Send item back to us through local post office (include tracking number))
For returning a package, please follow the instructions above. For further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

The cost of return would have been over three quarters the original cost of the item, and then I would have no security that they would actually refund the money.

A lesson not to buy from China, and definitely not from the above company

Littleblackdress have some amazing party outfits, in widely ranging prices, I choose a fantastic sparkly number for a very special birthday party, not expensive, and received lots of compliments. I went a bit overboard on the number I ordered, for choice, and the returns were dealt with and money refunded to my account very smoothly. I would mention you have to take returns to the post office and I prefer courier collection, but otherwise perfect
