We seen a car advertisement and we went and met a man we thought was legit about selling his car. It was for our son who needs a car for college and work. My son paid a lot of money that he saved up for over a year. Within a few days of having the car problems started we fixed the car put it back on the road now it has major problems and it has gone in to limp mode. We’ve ordered parts worth over €1000 to try to get the car back in working condition. I’ve tried contacting the seller who has now blocked me. When we first bought the car I asked the man straight out is there any problems with the car as it’s for our son he said no that it never gave him any of bother. Clearly this is not true, why can’t DoneDeal check who’s putting up ads on their site. This man is now selling 2 other cars on the site again most likely going to scam more people. It’s an utter disgrace!! How can I trust this site going forward people should be extremely weary

Easy fast delivery always use this company

Ordered sunglasses on the 5th of October today is the 16th and still no shipping information. Customer service informed me my glasses were unsuitable for shipment and they would prioritise replacement glasses but still no information. Cannot understand why they could not just replace the glasses as they are still for sale on the site. Will not be ordering again very poor service

After I posted this review Victoria contacted me from the company, ensured me the glasses were to be shipped that day and I received them this morning. Beautiful glasses and very good customer support

Bought the Ireland Rugby 150th anniversary jersey next day delivery no issues

I ordered a pair of children's shoes which after ordering noticed I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them straight away to cancel my order, which they did. The money was pending in my account last week but this morning I checked my bank account only to see Schuh debited the money for the shoes out of my account. Im currently trying to get my refund which I am struggling to get!

Very bad service. Ordered at start of December was promised delivery by 24th of December but nothing came. It is now 10th January still no packages. Very slow to reply, if at all. Asking for refund but they have stopped communicating

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter on Wednesday and they arrived friday morning. I was contacted through transit to update me on the delivery. Very friendly service I would recommend highly. I will be using the site again. Products also outstanding value.
