My nr from vectomobile at The Netherlands stop working , I`m tried contact with the support no answer , nothing !!! on the website says they have to change sim cards so I wrote request and question what with my balance on card nothing ! No more !!!

The whole transaction was a waste of time and money, i ordered smartphone Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9506 Black, when was on the stock! after the payment no any contact from company at all, but they saying processing time its 48H so i was waited for a shipping, but after 72H nothing no email, no track and trace nr then i sent a ticket what is with my order, I got answer the phone its out of STOCK! but they can sent me white version, but yea i want black so i asked for refund, after 24H i got email you will got refund in next 4 days, so all takes since i made an order 8 days no phone only frozen money on them papal account, no thanks, it was my first and the last time with that company!
