If I could give a no star rating, I would. I attempted to cancel my order following a spate of bad reviews online but my requests were ignored. When the items arrived they were definitely not as described so I contacted the company to ask for a return address. I was asked if I would settle for a 45% refund and keep the items, followed by a 60% refund then a 75% refund. I once again asked for a return address. It cost me £20 to return the 2 x 'A/C' units which are basically a very expensive non portable fan. Following receipt of the return, I requested a refund - I am still waiting. I raised a dispute with PayPal and the company requested that I cancel the dispute in order for them to issue a refund and still I am waiting. I am constantly being fobbed off with emails thanking me for my patience and understanding which I am fast running out of! I have tried to reinstate my dispute with PayPal but now that 30 days have passed, that is no longer possible. So I am still waiting for a refund. This company are scamming people out of money - do not order anything from them

Quick and easy to give meter reading and had a human with a sense of humour - Connor. Took less than the time it takes to make a cuppa for him to return an accurate bill

Item still not dispatched and despite several communications, no email with dispatch details. Very disappointed

we have been with vfast for a couple of years now and can honestly say that the download speed is perfectly sufficient for the average household, the customer service is second to none and it does what it says on the tin - vfast.

Helpful staff and many pick up points to choose from. The rate was very competitive snd I also earned cashback through top cashback. Highly recommended
