I wasn't able to use the online service…
I wasn't able to use the online service to order foreign currency which was rubbish. The portal kept crashing. However, the branch was very helpful and the service was excellent from that point on. The delivery was prompt and professional.

Trustpilot is always my go to
Trustpilot is always my go to for travel money. Everything is really clear with regard to the exchange rate (always competitive), you can choose how much you want to take in UK Pounds, or the currency. Really straightforward. The only thing missing, is you can't choose the denominations you want, but that's really not the end of the world as Travelex are sensible in how they divide up the currency. Order online, deliver to door - simple. Well done
