Paid for next day delivery, 7 minutes notice of the hour slot from DPD, so didn't make it back, no way of re-arranging delivery, so rang Black's, who were helpful and arranged a delivery for the following day, DPD claimed they tried to deliver, they lied, I was sat waiting for the delivery. SO, 15 days after my order was placed, I've not seen the item, I've not had a refund, most of the issues are obviosly with DPD, maybe Black's should consider engaging a reliable carrier. Hopefully something will happen one way or another, would have been nice to have been able to give a review of the item.
