We had absolutely no problems picking up and dropping off our hire car from Pisa airport. The hire desk were flexible and we got a great little car. The deposit was returned straight away. I think people complaining on here just haven't read the conditions, e.g., no online bank cards, no debit cards - if you follow the process there should be no problem. Highly satisfied with everything.
