I am a long term customer of Bord Gais and I don't think of leaving for another provider. Customer service and feeling valued as a customer is important to me and I feel both of these through the DNA of Bord Gais.
I regularly view the online portal where I am very easily able to see my gas and electricity usage and get options to be more efficient.
I am also a big fan of the Bord Gais rewards scheme which always has get opportunities for customers to win what are great prizes.
