For so many times my packages are opened by people from the distribution/drivers of Postnord and items have been taken out that it starts to be more of a certainty it will happen than an incident. When you file a complaint abt it it will take you at least 30 min. to do so and the answer is always that the sender is responsible for the package so all involved in the distribution of the package actually have cart blanche. What to this day i absolutely don't get is that an opened package actually is delivered to your postbox. All alarm bells should sound when the person who stuffs it or the driver notices the package is open and without any notice still delivers it.
