I went live with Lucid, hit the exact Live profit target their terms list as the trigger for the one-time Live Bonus, then requested a payout. The bonus never came.

Their reason? Eligibility is only checked at the end-of-day rollover, and since I withdrew before that, my account "didn't qualify" at review time. The problem: nowhere in the Live Bonus terms does it say you must hold the balance through EOD or that a payout forfeits the bonus. The only stated consequence of an early payout is the drawdown lock, not losing your bonus. So they enforced a condition that isn't in the rules.

Bottom line: I did everything their own rules asked and still got nothing, all because of a hidden EOD technicality they only explained after the fact. If a firm can quietly deny a payout you clearly earned, ask yourself what else they'll deny when it's your money on the line. I expected a partner, not a company looking for reasons not to pay. Do your homework before trusting them with real capital.
