I was 1 day from a payout on 3 accounts…
I was 1 day from a payout on 3 accounts totaling $4500. My 4th account had hit the 5 payouts so they offered me cash out or live on the 4th account. I took the cash out option and they just closed my other 3 accounts 1 day from a payout. Basically robbed me of $4500 and didn’t say anything about doing that on the cash out screen.

Poor support.
Account closed due to having 2 emails for a credit card (normal for American Express) . Complied with request to clarify. Complied with the second ID verification. Ticket raised that are seen and next minute are changed to unseen. Going on two weeks with accounts (funded) still closed and no one is responding. But okay to send for review before resolving the tickets, lol. Disappointing experience.

great prop firm! i finally got to funded status after 2 months of trading; i had so many personal issues in my life that it took this long; once i was funded received my new account and credentials in minutes; looking forward to my first payout :)

I love this firm
I love this firm, very simple rules, never denies your payouts, been with them since I started trading about a year ago and it’s one of the best firms in the industry- they never denied my payouts, they approved most of my payouts in literally a minute. Insane. I recommend this firm whether u are a beginner or professional trader.

The best in business
The best in business. I used to trade solely with take profit, but I no longer use them and may never go back. Lucid offers fast payouts and at 90%. Best prop firm by far.
