No refund No reply

I am very disappointed with this company’s customer service.
After a long wait, they told me my case was resolved and that the airline had contacted me about my refund.
This is simply not true.

When I asked for an explanation, they only replied that my case was closed and ignored all further messages.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company
