Very poor and unprofessional service. I will never fly Southwest again because of the way I was treated by the employees at the Nashville airport. I was removed from the airplane even though the passenger sitting next to me was the one who became verbally aggressive and repeatedly cursed at me. I followed the flight attendants instructions and remained calm, yet I was still removed from the flight. To make matters worse, they offered me only thirty dollars for a ticket that cost more than four hundred and fifty dollars. The way this situation was handled was completely unfair and extremely disappointing.
