Priority is all they cared about- not even people delayed 24hrs matter more than priority

So, after our flight being delayed 4 times, we arrived a day later to a check-in kiosk that didn't recognize us anymore. We waited in the "open lanes" line as opposed to the priority lanes, as we are not priority customers. There were 4 agents available at that time- july 18th at about 130pm-three black females in open lanes and Damian at the priority desk. When the furthest open lane became available, my party headed that direction only to be met with wandering eyes and obvious distain. When my wife asked directly to check in, she was wholly ignored. Confused, she asked if WE had done something wrong, and why wasn't this employee responding at all. Only when I started to approach to confront this inept, extremely rude, person did she respond in a whisper that she hadn't summoned us to approach. She said she had to attend to the priority customers, (that weren't there) before any of the 20 regulars in line. Shortly after this disrespectfully rude employee decided to share this very valuable information, ALL 3 females started laughing at us, pretending no one in the regular line existed, started there own yelling, laughing conversation as they ALL THREE abandoned their posts and disappeared, leaving Damian the only employee to process a line of 20, 4 times delayed customers. It is my opinion, all those females should be fired immediately. Damian is the shining star here- the only star I believe warranted here-that was able to answer our questions, and get what we needed done so we could return home 24 hrs late- with now irrate customers from how those women treated all those people- paying customers- unbelievable. Later in the day, we wouldn't have caught our connecting flight in las vegas, because they changed gates without texting, calling, emailing anyone in our party. We had to approach someone at the gate and ask why the gate we were sent to wasnt displaying our flight, 10 minutes before boarding. Also, Other people in both planes struggling to reach their connecting gate were admonished for trying to get out before all the other people that DIDN'T have a connecting flight. I suggest yall have an announcement before reaching the gate that everyone let people with connecting flights exit first, instead of waiting for all the lemmings that like to just sit there waiting for everyone else. We used to love southwest... this was really disappointing to be delayed by some supposed smoke in the air. It would be nice to hear how the aircraft is affected by a lightly smoky sky close to the ground,( that isn't effected 10k feet up). Utter fail
