I ordered a cooker hood and after a few weeks it was delivered on the 9th July. The box was undamaged but the hood was all scratched with the steel showing through. We concluded that this had happened during packing.
I emailed them straight away and again a week ago and all I've got are ticket numbers. I've also filled in the online return/refund registration form and got a message saying they would be contacting me shortly with instructions but again I've had nothing.
I wish I'd read the reviews but now I'm thinking I will have to seek legal advice and contact PayPal.
