Attempted delivery marked — but I was home all day

UPS logged a delivery attempt today, but I was home the entire time — no driver, no doorbell, no card. On top of that, the option to leave the parcel in a safe place doesn't work, so I've had no way to avoid waiting in all day for nothing. Please fix the safe-place feature and make sure drivers genuinely attempt delivery before logging an attempt.
