I went to my full service bank in New Bern North Carolina where I learned that they do not have tellers therefore it is not a full-service bank additionally I was trying to get a document notarized to which they informed me, after I waited 20 minutes that they do not have a certified notary but it should happen in the next month or two?. Why? What is the point of this location? It is the only Bank of America location within a very large radius. I wasted my entire lunch break. This makes me literally want to change banks. Worthless!
