(UPS HUB, Lockport, IL) UPS website showed package arrived at the hub in Lockport, IL (6 MILES from my home) and scheduled for delivery 7/11/26. Later in the day, updated that delivery was, “DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER” (temps were in the 80’s, clear and NO rain for days before, and days after) … NO other updates. On 7/14/26 I filed a claim. MIRACULOUSLY, my package was found in OMAHA, NE (457 miles away), NOT in Lockport, IL. Delivery was made later in the week … UPS is getting to be as INEPT as the Post Office, NEITHER can be trusted to know where packages are, or to deliver when promised ….
