A month-long ordeal over a faulty iPad. Avoid for anything expensive.
When I asked to reschedule, I got copy-paste replies from over ten different agents: “we currently only support pickup,” “it’s up to you to decide when to pick up your package.” One agent told me to cancel and re-request the return. I did, and then had no return option at all.
When I opened a Klarna dispute, they told me to cancel it before they’d help, and warned I “might be unable to apply for a refund” if I didn’t. One agent literally wrote “we are not trying to deceive you.”
I eventually got the item collected and returned. Then: the product is out of stock, no restock date, and their own site lists it as no longer available. So they offered a refund, except iPad prices have since risen around €300, meaning I pay for their mistake.
It is genuinely disgusting to run a customer support operation like this. Replies took anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours, every agent contradicted the last, and I spent entire days of my life chasing a company that sent me a broken product. I’m a student, I needed this device for studying, and I’ve now lost close to a month with no iPad, no money for most of it, and nothing but scripted non-answers.
If nothing goes wrong, maybe they’re fine. The moment you need a return, especially on a high-value item, you’re in for weeks of this. I won’t order from them again.
