No delivery yet
I ordered power cleaner pro on 2 July and no sign of shipping yet. Very aggressive sale campaign on all social media, advertising said warehouse sale, but it seems their warehouse is empty? Buy now, limited stock, delivery 2-3 days (I see they have updated their website now up to 2 weeks).
When I followed up with customer service they told me: Your order is currently on hold because the Spot Cleaner PowerClean Pro is temporarily delayed. This was caused by an extreme heat wave (code red) that led to a work stoppage at the port of Rotterdam, which in turn also caused delays with courier services and at our warehouse. Code red was 10 days ago….
Also they informed that they will restock on 6-7 July, but no shipping yet.
I ordered due to good reviews, but for now 1 star, the company should not advertise themselves so aggressively if they cannot deliver.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're sorry, you have every right to be frustrated. Let us explain what happened, because we should have done that better from the start.
The code red heat wave caused a work stoppage at the port of Rotterdam, and unfortunately, the effects of a disruption like that last much longer than the event itself: our stock is now arriving in phases rather than all at once. That's also why we had to update the delivery times on our website. We should have explained this knock-on effect clearly when you first contacted us, and we should have been faster to adjust our communication overall, you're right about that and we will definitely work on this in the future.
The good news: your PowerClean Pro is scheduled to ship on July 15. You'll automatically receive a tracking code as soon as it's on its way.
