We have been in our house for almost two weeks now with absolutely no access to cold running water—a basic habitability violation—and yet our urgent requests sit completely ignored in their bureaucratic system.

To make matters worse, they are quick to charge mandatory monthly fees for services they don't actually deliver. We are forced to pay a 'smart home fee' but were only given a basic keypad deadbolt, and we pay hefty monthly fees for pool and yard maintenance while getting the runaround on actual upkeep.
