Impossible to get hold of anyone at this company. They have a chat bot that says it can put you in contact with a human, but then says no one is available - I've tried contacting them multiple times via email and chat with no reply other than an automated response. The phone number has an automated answer, saying it's always outside office hours.

Originally ordered a "used" item, only for it to arrive heavily dented. Registered a return, which they approved but without supplying a shipping label. At one point their chat bot provided a link to the label only for it to go straight to a 404 page :(

Their returns window is only 14 days, so I'm left with no option other than to send it back at my own cost and hope they actually refund the cost of the item and the return.

Ordered a new version of the same item, which arrived promptly the next day without issue. Hopefully I never need to contact them about the warranty!

If their customer service department reads this, I hope you improve - it's a real shame as they obviously make some good products. Really let down by their lack of communication though.
