Product came out great, but completion and delivery took a long time
Product came out great! All templates were easy to access. Creation, submission, ordering and parent communication were easy. Actual delivery of product took MUCH longer than estimated. Little to no communication about delay in printing/delivery. Reached out several times for an update.

We apologize for the longer-than-expected production time. While we always strive to meet our estimated ship dates, production times can fluctuate due to the high volume of classroom book projects being processed during our peak season.
