All of the online information, instructions, and helpful tips made my experience flow smoothly! However, the staff was my "saving grace" because I made a huge mistake when returning my pages, and they caught it before it went to print! I'm so thankful they reached out not only by email, but by phone to make sure everything was correct! Y'all are the BEST!

Overall, I had a great experience. The process was smooth, the communication was excellent, and the team answered all of my questions clearly. The experience also inspired me to explore new ideas to help develop my students' creativity.

My only concern is the quality of the book. It feels a little fragile when it is opened completely, so I worry about how well it will hold up with frequent use. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend it.

The kit was helpful, but the example book I got was different then the board sequence you want the book pages to look like. I got confused and asked questions but the answer was not clear. Quick responses when I sent an email, which was nice.

Easy ordering process and the books came out great!

The books turned out fantastic! The only concern I had was the delay of receiving them. They were supposed to arrive the last week of May before school got out and they did not arrive until June 12th. The parents then had to go pick them up from the front office instead of me just being able to send them home in bookbags… Overall, the books turned out awesome, but the turn around time was frustrating.

Product came out great! All templates were easy to access. Creation, submission, ordering and parent communication were easy. Actual delivery of product took MUCH longer than estimated. Little to no communication about delay in printing/delivery. Reached out several times for an update.

This was my first experience publishing a class book. Your website was very user friendly. I loved how easy it was for families to purchase copies of our book online. When I had a question about ordering information, I was able to speak with someone and get a quick answer. Overall, I am very pleased with my first experience of using School Mate Publishing!

The book came out perfect and we loved it. The only thing was the shipping timing it said we would get it by the end of the school year but we didn’t and when I called they said that is just an estimated time. So the kids had to wait until the beginning of the school year to get the book.

My preschoolers created individual artwork and then I added important photos for families to remember important times throughout our school year. The quality and the ease of putting this together and ordering was excellent.
