Well guess what, I waited their 14-day return processing period and no refund was issued. How surprising.. not :)
Honestly this might be the worst company I ever bought items from. Never again.
If you expect money back once you return the items, do not bother buying here. Customer support won't do anything to help you and you'll have to write a dozen emails before getting an actual human and not their incredibly annoying AI agent.
