I would give no stars if I could. The collars didn't work, I bought 3, and customer service likes to give you the run around. Then, when you finally decide to return the collars because they don't work properly, the return process is set up so it takes forever to get a refund, if you ever get one. I had to get my card company involved to finally get resolution! DO NOT use this company!!! They called me after this review and offered me $50 to delete it. They also called me during my return process and wanted me to drop my credit card dispute before the return was completed. I have email proof of the back and forth drama as well as call records. I'm not surprised they are trying to get my post removed when they did not follow their own policies. They are a horrible company.
