I ordered peptides, shipping was fast. However the shipping company lost the package. I have emailed and called this peptides company and zero response. The first time I called them, the phone states the voice mail is full. Later in the day I called back and the phone asked for my name and nature of call. Well of course, there’s no one to answer. I left a detailed message, advised I had also sent emails. I waited a few hours, called them back again, got the same recording. So I left another detailed message. Zero response.
It appears this company may be a scam and the great reviews aren’t true. There is zero customer service as the website implies. You can’t get a response from them, but they took the money immediately out of my account.
