I've ordered from these guys a few times along with Apex Amino. Why both I feared Tropicals price meant a dip in quality potentially and wanted to try both different months. I'm 35lbs down since Jan2026 which is when I started taking reta. Came on time, reached out to me when I messed up and didn't give the right address or something. Always a great experience

Just placed my first order and had some damage in shipping, and I wrote Patrick and sent some pictures. He stood behind his products without any questions and is getting replacements out right away. Customer Service like this is why he gets so many great reviews and just earned my future business.

I ordered peptides, shipping was fast. However the shipping company lost the package. I have emailed and called this peptides company and zero response. The first time I called them, the phone states the voice mail is full. Later in the day I called back and the phone asked for my name and nature of call. Well of course, there’s no one to answer. I left a detailed message, advised I had also sent emails. I waited a few hours, called them back again, got the same recording. So I left another detailed message. Zero response.
It appears this company may be a scam and the great reviews aren’t true. There is zero customer service as the website implies. You can’t get a response from them, but they took the money immediately out of my account.
