Fixami uses .be on their website so I assume that I will receive a Belgian invoice but now this turns out to be a Dutch invoice with VAT in the Netherlands I ask for a correction and an export invoice without VAT but they refuse that. I was also entitled to a free battery (this was also a lie) I had to ask the manufacturer (who only wanted my email address to send advertising (the so-called registration on their website was stuck and mail is not responded to).

Hello Nico. thanks for sharing your review. Regarding the VAT: it’s only possible to order VAT-free if a business account has been created. Since this order was placed as a guest, a regular Dutch invoice with VAT was issued.
The free battery comes directly from Makita when products are registered on makita.nl. We understand the registration process can sometimes be tricky, and if it doesn’t work, just send the serial numbers to us by email and we’ll forward them to our Purchasing department.
