I bought something in 2021, broke within guarantee in 2023.
They never replied or confirmed that they received it.
30 messages en 2 years later they claim they refunded me, which they did not.
So they have systemic fraud.
You cannot even mail them cause they're hiding behind contact forms.
Finally after a negative review here on trustpilot, they paid me back. not even fully,.
So here you have my conclusion: fraud company.

We understand that it is extremely frustrating when a product breaks down within the warranty period and you then have to wait a long time for clarity or a solution. That you only received a (partial) refund after multiple attempts and a review is not how we want customer service to work.
