If you book à class, you are still not sure to get it unless you arrive to the class 30m before. So it happened to me several time to come for nothing. On the other hand , if you are on the waiting list, they charge you a "no show fee" unless you come even though you have no spot confirmed. Of course, you can't cancel your class subscription even on a waiting list 3 hours before the class.
