Extremely bad experience with internet provider. Upload speed just doesn't exist in Vodafone.
Was a client of Unitymedia before and everything was fine. After it become Vodafone things got worse and worse. Now it is half a year where I open another support ticket at least monthly (or even more often). 6 technicians confirmed issue is not in the building but on the line outside. What Vodafone is going to do? Send another technician. Absolutely incompetent staff. Extremely bad service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
