Ordered sheer curtains for my sliding doors. I already have a track in place. Their website has sparse information regarding curtain heading tapes, however it says for tracks to choose a multiway or S-Fold heading. I chose the S-Fold as it looks identical to the heading needed for my track and I presumed that the tape would have multiple slots to allow me to put in my hooks as needed (This has been the case for other suppliers I've used in the past). The curtains arrived in reasonable time however when I opened one curtain and looked at the tape I could see that it was very different to the usual multi-heading tapes other suppliers used. There were gaps where there was no slot to insert a hook, meaning it was impossible for me to hang the curtains on my track correctly. I went back to the website to see if I had made a mistake, but they clearly state that S fold can be used for tracks. Their measuring guide also do not say anything about corded tracks. I was misled by insufficient information. I first contacted customer services via phone on 30/10/26, explained the situation and was told that a manager would email me details of how to return within a day. On 2/11/26 I sent an email chasing a response ( I also felt I should have a written record of requesting a return within the 14 day timeline stated on their website). I got what appeared to be an AI assisted response asking for more details and ensuring me it would be resolved. I have heard nothing since, despite sending another follow up email on 4/11/26.

The curtains have not be hung or used and it was not a custom order. Under their terms I should be entitled to an exchange (for the correct heading tape) or refund. I've paid £1k for unusable curtains.

The customer service is appalling and is clearly not UK based. I would strongly urge people not to order from this company and choose a more reliable and UK based one. AVOID!

everything went fine. website is a bit confusing with so many options, I had to read the FAQ a few times to understand the lining differences . but I chatted with support and they helped me pick the right one. good experience overall.

The curtains themselves are beautiful, exactly the shade of blue I was hoping for. My issue was with the packaging; it came in a plastic bag that was a bit torn. The curtain was fine, but it made me nervous. Also, there were a few lose strings at the bottom that I had to snip off, no big deal. Overall happy, just wish the packing was better.

I ordered a custom white linen shower curtain. It arrived on time. The quality of the fabric and the craftsmanship of the curtain is exceptional!!! It not only concealed a very unsightly shower door, it elevated the space dramatically! I’m so pleased with it, I ordered another for our vacation home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. These are far from high quality but that’s the least of my concerns. I have received the wrong size curtains which were then exchanged for damaged curtains which were then exchanged with the incorrect size again. Their customer service is a joke. It’s been a nightmare getting a response and when I finally do hear back, it’s always a lengthy AI generated reply with no real help offered. Stay away from this place. Much more reputable options out there.

Exceptional product. In the world where everyone says something is "linen" - this really is! Finally a bed skirt that is full enough to go around the corners and touches the floor. Gorgeous! Worth every penny!

The quality of the curtains is outstanding. They are so beautiful and stand out from many others I have tried over the years. But the real reason I am blown away is the support I received from Franz in customer service. I had so many questions and yet he remained patient, kind and helpful every step of the way. I’m a customer for life!

I ordered the 25 free swatches. There's a lot of nice fabric and it was very helpful in determining the color scheme for the room we're remodeling.

I also worked with a sales associate on a quote. They were friendly, thorough, and very helpful in explaining all the options available.

I am very happy with this purchase! The linen is very high quality—it has a beautiful weight and texture that drapes perfectly without looking sloppy. I was a bit nervous about the fit, but the measurements were completely accurate, and it fits my bed perfectly. On top of a great product, the seller communicated shipping updates, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well-made, elegant addition to their bedding. Poor communication

Awful customer service. Took a month for the curtain to be dispatched (not the 1-6 days as stated) Communication has been absolutely awful, not responding to emails, promising deadlines and then completely missing them with no update. The curtain is ok, but not worth the amount it cost and definitely not worth the stress that this caused. Would never purchase from here again.

Our linen curtains are beautiful and of excellent quality, and we are very happy with them. I mistakenly ordered the wrong width initially and, because I was away for work, did not discover the problem until after the 30-day return period. After some back and forth, 3HLinen made a one-time exception and allowed me to exchange the unused curtains, which I sincerely appreciated.

However, the process was not entirely smooth. The initial response did not really address my request for exchange, and I paid shipping on the original order, the return, and the replacement order. The tiebacks I purchased were accidentally omitted from the replacement order. When they were sent separately, the package contained only one rather than the pair, requiring another follow-up. Kate was consistently courteous and helpful, and she made sure everything was ultimately resolved. Despite the fulfillment mishaps, I would purchase from 3HLinen again because of the quality of the curtains and the company’s willingness to ensure we were happy with the final result.
