Customer service replied to every question with good information.

The process of getting a correct seemed ok, but you don't get a corrected paper. They were very nice.

My experience wasn’t the best. Ordered a ceiling curtain that does not effectively open and close automatically. The app sucks. Accidentally ordered wrong size and am stuck with it warranties don’t apply to custom orders. Have two shades side by side with a larger gap than I’d assumed. Trying a different brand after wasting over $1k and being told once again, custom orders can’t be helped at all. Overall bad experience.

Needed to reset the motor for the shades I purchased 4 years ago due to multiple remotes on the same chanel. Contacted customer suport, all they needed was my amazon order number. Located my purchase right away and provided pdf manuals. Less than 2 min chat. This company is great.

We had a problem with a blind motor that was less than a year old. They shipped us a new motor and walked my husband through installation over the phone. We have five Graywind blinds installed in our home and we love them.

I’ve had my blinds for a few years now. They are such a game changer and my whole family loves how easy they are to work. I did have a hiccup where they stopped responding to the remote, but the service team sent me detailed step by step instructions and even did a zoom with me at the end to make sure they were working correctly. They took care and time to ensure the product was working and that is some great customer service!

Fantastic looking, great functionality!!!! They are worth every single penny!! I ordered 2 sheer vertical, motorized blinds, in white stripe, for my bedroom. They are beautiful and work amazing. Customer service was fantastic in helping me to set them up with Alexa. I couldn't be more satisfied with my new bedroom blinds!!!!

I had a concern about my zebra blind purchased 3 years ago. I wrote and within several short messages back and forth, they told me how to resolve the concern.

The product was exactly as shown in the pictures. The customer service was immaculate. They made sure I was ordering what I needed. Excellent product, excellent customer service.

The blinds came In quickly.. It wasn't difficult to put on , and remote worked without an issue

Regarding the product (Several rollos) itself: It works great and does exactly what we expected. For the price paid I'd say its fair!

I bought some Graywind Motorized Zebra Sheer Blinds in 2022. My motor had some issues around 2 years later and Graywind customer support sent out a replacement motor with instructions which promptly resolved the issue. That was during the coverage period, so that wasn't so surprising. Where they went above and beyond though was when the motor was no longer able to connect to Amazon Echo hubs because of an AI Alexa update Amazon pushed out making it incompatible with older motor models such as the one I had. At this point, I was two years outside of the coverage, but Graywind support send me a newest model motor to replace mine with and a free smart home hub to pair it up with which has connectivity features to Amazon Alexa, ensuring that I could still use the motorized blinds as I initially wanted to. They also declined payment once the issue was resolved. If you like the look of any of their products, I can wholeheartedly support them, their customer support is absolutely top tier.

We ordered 8 cellular shades from Graywind. Everything arrived via FEDEX in good shape. Some boxes had seen some handling but the contents were perfect. Each designated room was given a color ( on back of remote control and tagged on the respective blinds). The blinds were preset and we were able to raise/lower with remote out of the box. Installation was fairly easy and the measured blinds fit perfectly. Very pleased with our purchase.
