Really like the app, competitive interest rates and current account perks.
However, customer service is clearly outsourced internationally as I’m yet to be able to speak to someone who is fluent in English. This has led to a lot of miscommunication.
Great when things are going good. Frustrating when support is required.

Responsible credit
Responsible credit, great service. As someone trying to rebuild their credit file after not understanding personal finances for a long time, I was wary of getting a credit card. Then I started a new job and wanted a way to pay for expenses and make the admin a bit easier. I applied thinking I wouldn't be approved but to my surprise I was. And the limit was just the right amount to build up my credit and be useful for my expenses. Good app and reminders of statements and payments and clear to see what you've spent and what credit is still available.
