Not a good bank for anyone
Not a good bank for anyone! They have lots of hidden fees that they do not make you very clearly aware of. They charge you to withdraw your own money from UK ATM’s. It is safer to bank with a British Bank

Its a great experience as I had been with one bank for 20 plus years. The transfer was so easy and trouble free, would recommend.
Just unclear as to how much can be put into account from bank transfer as I have my hoise for sale and would like to know the amount that can be transferred in it thanks.

Joined through a refer a friend link SCAM
Joined through a refer a friend link, never work even after following all the steps. Spoke to a representative about why it hasn’t work. They suddenly added new rules, saying there was a time limited. Even though I did the link within 3 days. The time limit was 30 days. Then said you have to have over 300 in the account. But my other friends who has used the refer had literally a tenner in the account and it worked fine.
Waste of time don’t bother with this fake promotion.
The staff were awful at even trying to resolve the issue, took them over half a hour between replies to answer.
