Zeus appliance has definitely helped to reduce my snoring and improved my sleep even if I still snore a little. Having access to the Sleep Cycle app which monitors my sleep and records my snoring is fantastic. It has relieved me of my worry that I may have sleep apnoea!

World Class customer service is NOT dead
As anyone of a certain age will tell you, customer service isn’t like it used to be. We’ve had to get used to endless queuing on the line; eventually talking to someone who often has difficulty in understanding English and ultimately having to accept a less than satisfactory outcome etc.
But hold on a minute! I’ve just had a completely different, first class experience.
I spoke with Imogen at Zeus about my recently acquired Zeus sleep device, which I had purchased to help counter my persistent sleep apnoea. We had agreed a video call timeslot and spoke for fully thirty minutes as I ran through a series of questions that I had accumulated since buying the device. Imogen answered every one thoroughly, in a relaxed manner and I ended our conversation completely satisfied.
Well done Imogen and well done Zeus for allowing your knowledgeable staff the time to deliver a first class service. I’m more than really impressed with you and will strongly encourage anyone I know who suffers from severe snoring or sleep apnoea to give your device a try. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Battery issues, but device is a good idea
The device works great, but it does not last all night. I spend roughly 7 hours per night in bed, the battery on the device only lasts 4.5 hours. So early morning I begin to snore again.

Zeus is designed to be worn comfortably and unnoticed. Research shows that when using Zeus, the nerve receptors in the skin can get used to the sensation of the stimulation. When this happens, the sensation may feel reduced or even fade entirely.

I have found that my sleep has improved and that helps a great deal having been sleep deprived for so long. I did have a technical problem and customer service was excellent sending out a replacement straight away.

Tried it for almost a month…
Tried it for almost a month consistently and it hasn’t worked at all. Some days better than others but no pattern to suggest the device is working. Turned it up fully to see if it would help but it wakes me up which stops the snoring but doesn’t give me a great nights sleep.

Reduces snoring but not comfortable …
The Zeus device does work and reduce snoring, but it is not comfortable to wear and does not remain in contact if you perspire in your sleep.
There is also a lot of waste with multiple pieces of plastic film to remove and dispose of. End up littering around the bed if not kept under control!

High temperatures can reduce the effectiveness of the hydrogel pads, as increased perspiration and oil production on the skin can make it more difficult for the device to stay securely attached overnight.
To help prevent these issues:
• Store your packet of hydrogel pads in the refrigerator
• Wash and thoroughly dry the application area before applying the device to remove excess oils and sweat
• If problems persist, apply a small additional drop of hydrogel or conductive gel to the hydrogel circles before attaching the pad
These steps can help maintain good adhesion and ensure optimal stimulation performance during hot weather.

Zeus unit received ok
Zeus unit received ok. Just not helping me with my current sleep apnea problems.
Tried it for 3 consecutive nights but it does not stop me having head pressure etc.

This is a great device but the company…
This is a great device but the company is clearly very young and inexperienced at customer service. However, I do have hope they will improve with experience!
The device has done wonders for me, but I noticed a fault with the first 60 days and approached the company about it and was fobbed off with videos over a few emails. My experiences with the device were ever great or terrible there was no in between. I would either have a great night sleep or a terrible one it seems to happen a few days each at a time. Then I ordered some extra hydrogel pads just before my three months subscription came and they wouldn’t stick, the company had sent an email a week before but I was on holiday and it went into my promotion folder in Gmail so I didn’t see that the hot humid weather was affecting them and they now needed to be stored in the fridge. I contacted the company and once again I was fobbed Off with videos. Eventually they agreed to allow the device to be return for inspection. After about 2 weeks I got an email saying there was no fault but then also saying it was ‘resetting’ and instructions on how to charge it properly. I was cleaning it and charging everyday. But the company was adamant this device couldn’t be faulty. Eventually they decided to replace it for a completely different reason and the new device has worked perfectly as it should have in the first place.
Again, I love the device but the company needs to rethink it customer service!
I am not sure I would repurchase the device for £250 again though!

Zeus has made a huge difference
Zeus has made a huge difference.
I’ve been a snorer for the last 10 years and somehow have also developed sleep apnea also. My wife struggled to sleep because she was concerned I would stop breathing.
Zeus is the only thing that made a difference after wasting such a lot of time and money on silly devices.
I’ve been a user of Zeus for about 4 months and my sleep apnea has gone and my snoring is a lot less. I’d also like to say what an amazing customer service team they have. When I had an issue they fixed it right away.
I really would recommend this product and this company.

The pad adhesion is a major issue
The pad adhesion is a major issue. I do not have any hair and my skin is washed with soap to make sure there are no oils but by 2 or 3 am the pad starts to peel off. I am thinking of returning the unit.

Order fulfillment failure
Initially, the device that I got seem to work until it failed. They agreed to replace it, but it’s been a month and I still have not received it. It says on the tracker that it was released from customs three weeks ago yet I still do not have it. If they intend to do business in the United States, it would be very beneficial if they could have a supply chain of the product here in this country to avoid the time it takes to fill orders or to replace failed devices.
