Easy to use with great creative tools
Zeely has been easy to use and has given me a lot of creative options for advertising my products. The avatar looks very much like the teacher in my logo. I love her! I was able to upload my product description (specifically the Teacher's Guide for this resource) for her script. I chose the hook and the body (?) of the text that I liked the most. I cannot imagine how much this would have cost before Zeely. I never would've been able to do this before. And it took just minutes! I am actually stunned and amazed! Zeely will help me get my social-emotional stories and non-fiction resources out to many more children, parents, and teachers than I could ever have imagined! The most important thing is getting my resources out to help children, especially the neurodivergent kids. Marketing has been a dreaded struggle for me. Now I am excited! This is my very first experience with Zeely. I am going to need more time to get familiar with Zeely and what it can do to promote my products before I can give a thorough review, but I can say that I am very impressed so far and looking forward to exploring all that Zeely has to offer! Disappointing experience after paying for the service
I purchased Zeely because I wanted an easier way to create professional UGC-style ads for my business. Unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations.
I provided my own product visuals and spent a significant amount of time trying to create what should have been a fairly simple ad. Across multiple generations, I experienced issues such as the person changing appearance during the video, unnatural phone movements, distorted or altered content on the phone screen, awkward framing, and inconsistent results.
One of my biggest frustrations was that correcting a problem often meant generating again rather than simply fixing the specific issue. This made the process time-consuming and used resources without consistently producing a usable final video.
I eventually had to use other tools to complete the advertisement, even though I had paid for Zeely specifically to help create it.
I understand that AI-generated video will not always be perfect, but for a paid advertising service, I expected better consistency and more control over the final result. The concept behind Zeely is good and the platform has potential, but based on my experience, the generation quality and editing controls need improvement.
I hope future updates provide better character consistency, more reliable product-screen preservation, and the ability to correct individual problems without having to regenerate an entire video.
