I was spending £500 per month on Google ads and trying to compete with the big boys. My posts done by Soro have, over the last 6 months, boosted my presence massively. I am now competing with the big boys for minimal spend, the results are not instant but over 6 months I am more than happy

I signed up with Soro hoping to boost our SEO performance, but it was a massive disappointment. The content provided was extremely generic and of very low quality, feeling more like rushed AI text with zero human touch. After weeks of using it and publishing their materials, our site's ranking didn't increase at all. Absolutely not worth the money. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Honestly.. no results from this company. SEO search engine??? NO… NEO “No Engine” working for any business owner! I’ve got PROOF financially that I hired these people, question them on growth within Google and received a generic answer that might sound like you’re reading the back of a shampoo bottle! Very dissatisfied with this company!

I have been using Soro for almost 6 months now and have paid for 5 months to date. I followed the instructions they provided to the letter for set-up. They provide a 14 days refund if you don't feel Soro is right for you, however, when I contacted them they informed me that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to start seeing any results. After not seeing any results from Soro and the only posting I were seeing in Google were from my website's provider posts I contacted Soro and we went back and forth in emails; with me doing the trouble shooting for them. After I pinpointed the problem, they admitted that it was in the set-up and they had made an error but refused to get me more than a one month's refund and 2 months free, siting to the 14 days refund policy. They admitted error and I received no results from their published posts due to their error and none of my own and yet they refuse to refund anything over one month. First of all I followed their instructions, they admitted to the error and how could anybody know if Soro is for them if they are telling you it takes at least 4 to 6 weeks before you can expect to see anything? Additionally, why would I want 2 free month when 5 months product NO Effective Results?
Soro's reply is that they offered solution to problem by offering a different set-up than what they originally had me to complete. One of the suggestions required me to add additional hosting and pay an additional hosting fee, which was not presented when I signed up for the plan- nothing was said about having to set up other hosting and pay more money. The other option was to ask my website provider to add a RSS feed to my website, which I did and it was never added. Below is a copy of the part( direct quote) of the email from Soro (written by Doug)suggesting the changes:
I can change how Soro delivers your articles, so that each one becomes a real page. There are two ways:
1. A WordPress blog on a subdomain of your own, such as blog.mortgagesbythabitsaleem.com, with the Soro SEO plugin. It needs a small hosting plan, and a link to it in your site's menu.
2. An RSS feed, if your website can import one.

The company does not allow subscriptions to be cancelled through its platform. Cancellation requests sent by email are ignored, and charges continue to be made. The overall value and usefulness of the service are also questionable.

I subscribed to Soro on August 4, 2026 and paid US$328.18 in total (Aug 4: $39.00; Aug 11: $181.18 + $108.00 Social Media). Soro advertised "Daily long-form articles". From August 4 to October 26, 2026 I received 49 articles in 84 days — daily until August 17, then only every two days from August 18, with no notice and no price change. Soro confirmed this in writing and said daily publishing will not resume. I asked for a refund and was refused because the 14-day guarantee had expired — the pace changed on August 18, the day that guarantee expired. Small businesses should know the "daily" promise works this way in practice.
Soro’s support team is excellent. They responded quickly and were knowledgeable, helpful, and able to resolve a Squarespace integration issue that was beyond our capabilities. Their expertise and communication style were a refreshing change from the typical website support we receive. They got our blog page up and running quickly and our traffic has already spiked—high kudos!
