Up to now all is well. The product arrived quickly a securely packaged.
The Zeesack looks good and the quality feels good. Once the battery was charged kthe pump ran, quite loud but not a problem.
I haven't used it yet but will be doing so in a couple of weeks. I will update then.

Serious company with clear information, fast delivery. The bag is exactly like the webpage says. The videos are correct and I couldn’t be more happy. I can’t recommend this bag enough. It’s brilliant. I bought the 30L and the travel pouch. All was perfect.

The Zeeksack Vacuum Bag is amazing. The material feels super durable, and the airtight seal holds perfectly. The electric pump makes shrinking clothes effortless and saves tons of suitcase space.

My only complaint is that delivery took way longer than expected. Definitely order well ahead of your trip. The slow shipping is a bummer, but the high-quality gear is worth the wait!

Good backpack product but customer support fails big time. Investing a load of personal hours trying to correct the mistake they made delivering wrong color of originally ordered backpack. Contacted customer support multiple times about the situation and asking forreturn instructions. Total radio silence! In the meantime the company insists on sending out after sales marketing emails, but not ne email reply adressing my personal support situation. Get your act together and fix issues first and then you can start smothering out with sales pitches. Seriously!

Love it! My wife bought one and it was so good I bought one too. Love the 'shelves' and all the pockets. Extra straps for the front are great. Fits reallyvwell under airplane seats.

I bought a small travel pouch - it's got enough space for a mobile phone, wallet and passport comfortably, keys in the separate front pocket. The quality and how it's been stitched together is good.

The picture on the website had power pack, EarPods and cables and two mobile phones in it - in my opinion it would be difficult to close the zip with all those items. It's all good to show how to use the bag, but be more realistic. Nobody wants a struggle with the zip with a bag jam-packed with stuff. And where does the wallet go?

The material of the bag is quite stiff - it feels unyielding. The strap is of good length (about 150cm) and adjustable. The strap is about 2cm wide. I would prefer a wider strap as the 2cm digs a little on my shoulder. Perhaps you could offer the straps separately with a choice of widths / leghts. I wouldn't mind paying extra for the choice. Length is quite good, but it would be a little short for my husband if he wanted to use it. Another 15cm would be ideal for him. I might buy something different for the bag.

The delivery was quite fast to the UK. Only thing is that I changed the date as I wasn't at home, but the UPS delivery driver ignored the label for a change of delivery date. As I was't in it was then dropped into my local shop for collection, who didn't find it when I went there. I sent a query to UPS and they confirmed it was delivered to the shop. I went back to shop and this time they found it – I even told them form the beginning it's a very small packet. The shop also had a very insecure system for storing parcels, I was not happy about that.

It doesn't have RFID Blocking - that would be a good feature.

Anyway, the bag will be useful. I've bought a similar one from another company before and this replaces that one. This is better as it's marginally larger. I'm surprised how few of this type of bags are available. There are plenty smaller ones with very little space. Another improvement might be a longer zip on the top with some sort of 'gusset' made of the material similar to the two inside pockets. Longer zip because it's doesn't open very wide to look inside / the material of the bag is stiff and 'gusset' to stop things spilling out when opened fully.

I've given 4* rating as the bag could do with some improvements. I'm going to use it thought as the one it replaces is not as good in most aspects.

I like the ease of ordering, and the positive style of communication. I didn't like the fact that the post took longer than suggested when I ordered, as it didn't arrive in time for my trip. I also didn't like the fact that the zips on the rucksack did not flow well, and need two hands to operate. Also the lack of external zip pockets is inconvenient. The general look and feel of the rucksack is good, but I would not have purchased it had I known about the zip operation and difficulty of quick access. However it is neat and tidy, and I will try to make it work, as I cannot face the administration of returning it. I think it is slightly overpriced, but it is good-looking and I am happy to give it a try!

Still yet to receive my item ( order 1464 ) so I can’t review the actual product yet, but I can review their customer service , which is always a good way to know what the product will be like. So when I placed my order it said I can have2 free items. I chose the bungee cord as I have been waiting months for it to be back in stock. I also chose the straps for outside. Yet they have sent the bag without the cord. Altho still waiting to receive the bag. When I contacted them their reply sounded like they was doing me a favour. No one has bothered to reply to any further emails which is a concern and I don’t believe they will help or resolve my issue. I would avoid this company at all costs.

It’s a really fab little rucksack. It’s made me feel loads more organised, I’ve been wanting something like this for ages.

No more tipping the whole lot out to find something that may have slipped to the bottom, or even been left behind!

The rucksack itself is great. The detachable side handle detached itself before I got to my destination, and is "somewhere" so it didn't last long

Fantastic bit of kit, looking forwardto using the back pack. Comms could have been better as didn’t arrive as quickly as first indicated.

I ordered a 30l bag for my nephews 21st. He has used it on a short trip and is delighted with it. It fits masses of stuff in and looks great! Delivery and updates were spot on. Highly recommend.

Quick delivery, and the backpack seems to be of great quality. While travelling, two separate people told me the backpack seems great! It's sturdy but light, and feels very secure when you're out and about as the zippers all open towards your back. Would prefer if the water bottle pocket were on the other side of the bag instead of the closing side, however. The strap over the chest is important as it saves you from back pain (at least a lot longer than without it). A bit expensive for a backpack, but I feel that it's worth the money. Also, adding the strap on the font was a bit fiddly and took some patience.

I’m very satisfied with my ZEEKSACK bags. I’ve had the 30L Organizer for a while now, and I just added the 20L version plus the Foldable Travel Tote 20L. The quality and the design solutions are excellent — honestly, the best bags I’ve ever owned.
I travel a lot for work, and the Organizer 30L has become a loyal and very practical companion. But I also need a 50–60L duffel‑type bag with me, so I’m hoping they’ll release something like a ‘Weekender 50L’ with wheels in the future.
